Institute of Construction Claims Practitioners (ICCP) will welcome two presenters from the Association of Cost Engineers of Serbia (ACES) for our second joint webinar. They will be discussing two model cases from their personal experience: one case involving a Dispute Adjudication Board (DAB) and another in which the matter was able to be resolved without a DAB.
The webinar will be presented by Ivana Panić and Nikola Pavlović.
- Ivana is a Partner in Moravčević Vojnović in Cooperation with Schoenherr. Additionally, she is a local FIDIC Trainer within ACES and a member of the Managing Board of ACES. Ivana’s areas of specialization include real estate, construction law with an emphasis on FIDIC Conditions of Contract, construction arbitration.
- Nikola is the Director for marketing, technical preparation and business development, Energoprojekt Visokogradnja plc. Additionally, he is a co-founder of www.construction-claim.com, and also local FIDIC Trainer within ACES, a member of the Managing Board of ACES and a Member of EFCA Future Leaders Steering Committee. His areas of specialization include the negotiation, review, and management of FIDIC Contracts, as well as the preparation and defense of construction claims.
Presentation will take about 1 hour, with a Q&A session at the end.
