Ms. Sehic, Executive Director of ACES attended The US Embassy “Topping Out” ceremony on Wednesday, May 11th, at the new Embassy compound in Belgrade.
The purpose of the Event was placing of the last beam on top of the new structure, and marking the second milestone in the construction of the New Embassy in Dedinje. The topping out celebrates the completion of the highest level of construction at the site.
Mary Burce Warlick, U.S. Ambassador to the Republic of Serbia; Dragan Djilas, Mayor of the City of Belgrade; and Mr. Paul Kacha, the CEO of Framaco International poured the last portion of concrete to complete the construction.
During the speech, The U.S. Ambassador Mary Burce Warlick, particularly thanked Ms. Sehic for being present as ACES representative, and acknowledged ACES as a leading role among few other associations in engineering and green building sector.
