For the first time in Serbia, the International Federation of Consulting Engineers (FIDIC), national FIDIC association in Serbia – Association of Consulting Engineers of Serbia (ACES) and MACE Company are organizing an international two-day training “Resolution of Disputes under the FIDIC Conditions of Contract, Module 3” which will be held from October 13 – 14, 2016.
Training is conducted by one of the experienced FIDIC international trainers, Mr. Axel V. Jaeger, who has university degrees in mechanical and also industrial engineering. Mr. Jaeger has undertaken projects around the world in Western, Central and Eastern Europe, Middle and Far East, Africa and Asia. Since 1993 he was a permanent Member of FIDIC Contracts Committee. In 1999 the New Red, Yellow, Silver and Green Books, known as the rainbow suit, were published under his significant contribution. He has been accredited 1999 to lecture FIDIC launch seminars as facilitator and is a certified FIDIC trainer of FIDIC and VBI and a regular speaker on FIDIC Users’ Conferences and Seminars.
This event will be of great interest to all those actively involved in international projects, including representatives from Consulting Engineers, Contractors, Funding Agencies, Employers, Insurers, Manufacturing Organizations as well as representatives from the Legal and other Construction Professions.
