Parties should use and/or modify this model clause to adapt it to their specific circumstances. The parties shall, in particular, adapt the model clause to the requirements of the governing law of their contract.
CDRC assumes no liability for unenforceability of any of the offered model clauses below.
Any dispute or claim arising out of or relating to this Contract, including disputes relating to its validity, breach, termination or nullity, shall be finally settled by arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration Rules of the Construction Dispute Resolution Centre of Association of Consulting Engineers of Serbia.
