The Construction Dispute Resolution Center (CDRC)

The Construction Dispute Resolution Center (CDRC) was established at the Association of Consulting Engineers of Serbia (ACES) in accordance with the powers prescribed by Article 6 paragraph 2 of the Law on Arbitration and Article 3.1.11. of the ACES Statute, as a permanent institution for the administration of alternative construction dispute resolution proceedings.

Seat of CDRC is in Belgrade, Serbia and is the first specialized center for resolving construction disputes in Europe. In its work, ACES has noticed the need for the creation of a specialized dispute resolution center that will bring together experienced technical and legal experts with long-term experience in the construction industry, in order to offer the framework and possibility for alternative dispute resolution in a high-quality and efficient manner.
