At the meeting of the founders on 2 April 2009. the first Board of Directors of Association of Consulting Engineers of Serbia was elected.
For Members of the Board were elected:
• Milos Schwartz, FIDECO, President
• Zoran Djordjevic, YU Build, Vice President
• Branislav Simovic, MACE
• Nikola Matic, VMS
• Milan Šmigić, CPM
Based on the request submitted by the President of Association, Milos Schwartz, Ministry of Public Administration and Local Self-Government of the Republic of Serbia on 6 April 2009 issued decision on registration of Association of Consulting Engineers of Serbia in the Register of community organizations.
Establishment of Association is supported by:

• Ministry of Economy and Regional Development of the Republic of Serbia
• Ministry of Trade and Services of Serbia
• Ministry of the infrastructure of the Republic of Serbia
