All ACES members are obliged to comply with FIDIC and ACES Code of Ethics and they are all granted the right to use FIDIC and ACES logos on their documentation.

ACES members can be consulting-engineering firms in Serbia, as well as architectural companies, contractors, banks, insurance companies, law firms and other firms that are interested in promoting the objectives of the Association.
The founders of the Association are 16 recognized companies in Serbia engaged in providing consulting-engineering services: C & N Consult, CPM, Delta Inženjering, EC Harris, ENERGOPROJEKT, FIDECO / TAHAL, IK Consulting, MACE, Masinoprojekt Kopring, Mostprojekt, Siemens, VMS, and YU Build. Associate members of the Association are: Faculty of Technical Science – University of Novi Sad, Faculty of Economics, Finance and Administration – University Singidunum, and Economics Institute in Belgrade.
Association of Consulting Engineers of Serbia became a member of the International Federation of Consulting Engineers FIDIC (Fédération International Des Ingénieurs – Conseils) on September 16th, 2009. With that, ACES has taken the honor and responsibility to, as a branch of FIDIC for the territory of the Republic Serbia, promote the highest standards in construction sector. Membership in FIDIC provides Serbian companies with international credibility and allows them to bid on larger and more complex international projects, thereby increasing revenue and jobs in the Serbian construction, engineering and consulting sectors. All this will improve the business climate in Serbia, given that construction contracts are encouraged to repress corruption.
Our initiative of establishment and development of the Association of Consulting Engineers of Serbia has been endorsed by: Ministry of Economy and Regional Development, Ministry of Environment and Spatial Planning, Ministry of Infrastructure, Ministry of Trade and Services, Office of the Deputy Prime Minister for European Integration / Chairman of the National Council for the Competitiveness of Serbia. Establishment of the Association has been also significantly supported by the U.S. Agency for International Development – USAID, and the World Bank / International Finance Corporation – IFC.
